These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of services at Sky Spa, both via our website and in person.
Services
Sky Spa exclusively offers treatment services within:
- Physiotherapy massage
- Sauna/steam bath
- Subscriptions
- Clipboard
- Prepaid treatments and services
All services are personal and may not be transferred to others unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Health, duty of information and responsibility
The customer has a duty to inform the customer before treatment about matters that may affect Saunagusen, the treatment and access to the spa area, including (but not limited to):
- Pregnancy
- Injuries or illnesses
- Chronic disorders
- Medication consumption
- Pain, surgeries, or physical limitations
The processing is based on the information provided by the customer.
Participation in treatments is at your own risk, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
Sky Spa assumes no responsibility for the loss of personal items or valuables brought into our facilities. We recommend that you use our lockers with locks to store your belongings during your stay. In the event of a break-in to one of the above lockers, Sky Spa cannot be held responsible, but will contribute to a possible police investigation of any theft by providing surveillance video, etc.
Prices
All prices are stated in DKK.
We reserve the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect services already purchased.
For subscriptions, price changes will be notified at least 30 days before they come into effect.
Payment
We receive payment via:
- Dankort / Visa / Mastercard / MobilePay / various foreign cards
Payment is made:
- Subscriptions: Ongoing in advance per payment period
- Clip card & prepayment: Upon purchase
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are ongoing and automatically renewed.
- You can cancel your membership by contacting our customer service at info@skyspa.dk. The cancellation period is the current month + 1 month. Please note that there is a 3-month commitment period from the date of purchase.
- Cancellations are made via info@skyspa.dk .
- Memberships cannot be put on hold. Upon cancellation, you will have to sign up for a possible waiting list if you wish to reuse your membership.
No refunds will be given for periods already paid or begun.
Waiting list
If there are no available membership places, you can be added to the waiting list for a waiting list fee. We are accepting new members on an ongoing basis. Your place on the waiting list gives you a priority opportunity to become a member.
By adding yourself to the waiting list, you automatically accept promotion to active membership. This means that you automatically become a member as soon as a place becomes available. Payment for the membership will then be initiated in accordance with the prices and terms applicable at any given time.
The waiting list is administered as an automatic upgrade list in the order in which it was created. If the member does not wish to be automatically promoted, it is the member’s responsibility to unsubscribe from the waiting list before the promotion takes place. If the member unsubscribes, the waiting list fee will not be refunded.
Haircut cards and prepaid treatments
- Validity: 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Unused clips automatically expire on the expiration date.
- Clip cards and prepayments cannot be exchanged for cash.
Booking, cancellation and no-show
Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed treatment.
By:
- missing or late cancellation
- absence
We reserve the right to:
- subtract one clip
- or charge full payment
Rules for card & guest pass
Clip cards and guest passes are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Any remaining clips on the clip card will not be refunded after expiration.
Opening hours
We reserve the right to change opening hours at Sky Spa. This will be announced at least 3 weeks before the change takes effect.
Access to Sky Spa facilities
We reserve the right that the sauna, steam room and changing facilities may be fully occupied, and there will therefore be no room to use our facilities at the time requested by the member. If you arrive in vain, Sky Spa cannot be held financially responsible.
Sauna/Steam bath
When the sauna or steam room is being used for sauna sessions, the sauna or steam room will be closed. Sky Spa cannot be held liable for financial compensation for members being unable to use the facilities in Sky Spa during these sessions.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The right of withdrawal lapses if:
- the treatment has begun
- the customer has accepted start-up before the expiry of the withdrawal period
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@skyspa.dk.
Complaint
If you experience any deficiencies in a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
Complaints are processed in accordance with the rules of the Sales Act .
Personal information
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Applicable law and venue
The terms and conditions are subject to Danish law.
Disputes are settled in Danish courts.
