Saunagus is a sensual experience where warmth, scents and tranquility merge into a higher unity.
During a steam bath, the steam master pours water mixed with essential oils onto the hot stones, causing the steam to spread throughout the sauna. With gentle movements, the heat is distributed throughout the room, and you are enveloped in changing temperatures and fragrant aromas that stimulate both body and mind.
The experience is cleansing, increases blood circulation and gives a feeling of renewed energy and deep relaxation. Each sauna session is unique – some are calm and meditative, while others are more intense and energizing.

The sauna session consists of 3 rounds of approximately 10–12 minutes each with breaks of 10–12 minutes between each round, where there is the opportunity to cool down in our cold water tub or rainwater shower.
