Age limit

The age limit for spa access is 16 years. NOTE! Children under 16 years of age are welcome in our spa when accompanied by an adult. However, it is required that the child and adult are accompanied to their treatments, and that the child has an understanding of the information provided regarding the spa.

As the spa is designed as a quiet and relaxing area, it is reserved for adult guests.

Payment

We accept payment by Dankort, credit card and Mobilepay. We only accept cash for the amount (we do not have change)

Parking

There are no parking spaces attached to Bella sky spa. Parking is on the public road – alternatively it is possible to use the parking lot at the Royal Golf Course, which is located 200m from the Spa.

Ørestad Metro Station is a 5-minute walk from Bella Sky Spa.

Reservations for spa massage and sauna can only be made online.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will charge a fee of DKK 50% per person.
This applies regardless of the reason and illness.
In case of no-show, we will charge the full amount.
Cancellation for groups of 4 people or more
Cancellation of the entire group at least 72 hours in advance by email.
